Do I need to move furniture?
We prefer that the room is free from as much furniture as possible to allow us to move around and carry out the work. But we understand that this isn’t always possible so will will discuss this when we visit to quote for the job.
What’s included in our fitting?
We love to vacuum, take our cuttings and cut a standard door as part of our fitting service
How to choose flooring?
You need to first look at the area and understand the traffic through that area, as well as areas that get more use than others, for example in front of a sofa or sink if in a kitchen.
Then look at the potential for stains, spills, and dirt. A hallway may get muddy as it's near an entrance and a kitchen is liable for spills stains from cooking.

Carpet Types
Saxony
The thick one! A Saxony carpet is a cut loop pile carpet. Its pile is designed to be incredibly dense, for a soft feeling underfoot.
Best installed in bedrooms and living rooms. Probably the softest under foot based on the luxurious style and feel.
Twist Piles
This very versatile carpet is created from yarn, which has been tightly twisted together. Wool or Synthetic patterned or plain.
Perfect for stairs this type of carpet can be used in any area due to its tough make up and various designs.
Berber
The bobbley one. The Berber is often more durable than other styles of residential carpet it offers something different available in a range of styles but with a different texture.
Looped, Lined or bobbled, the feel is very different from other carpets and has some real stunning designs
Synthetic
Over the last 5 years synthetic carpets have out sold classic wool.
You can now clean most with bleach and some are as soft as silk.
Highly durable and easy cleaning make’s it a easy choice for a busy home
Wool
Wool carpet is the most environmentally friendly floor choice you can make made from sheered sheep not only is it sustainable, degradable, its naturally fire retardant and actually improves your air quality.
